The SAP HR (HR-PDC) Interface

The PDC Gateway HR-PDC interface integrates Kronos Labor or Time and Attendance systems to SAP® HR. The SAP HR-PDC (Human Resources – Plant Data Collection) interface allows time events that have been logged in the Kronos system to be transferred into the SAP system for reporting, payroll, employee self-service, and other HR related uses. With the HR-PDC interface, time-recording information for employees and PDC-relevant master data are downloaded as needed (generally as a timed task) from the SAP system.
